If you have something new to demonstrate since our last meeting, please let us know. If you plan to release a new version of your product in early 2010 we should set a time in January or February. If you cannot demonstrate a new version of your product until March—then we look forward to catching up on the spring review cycle.

  1. Your company name.
  2. Products for review including current version and release date and date of next planned release. We review both major and minor releases.
  3. Name of contact person, e-mail, telephone and home-base location.

About Tools Manager
Tools Manager began in 2004 and has become ECPweb's most popular series of tool reviews, assessments and ratings. Backed by a respected and comprehensive methodology, each issue is complete with handy product-comparison and ratings charts. The audience for this series has grown beyond its base of business-focused IT managers to IT service, software licensing and IT security professionals.

Each review is qualitative, explaining the purpose of each product, its origin, framework and features. We also rate each product using a well-defined feature/function matrix and scale.

We feature established as well as up-and-coming products offered by well-known and emerging tool providers around the world.

Costs and methodology
Starting with this review cycle we require tool providers to have at least one staff member join IBSMA as a PREMIUM member ($545 per year). Premium members have access to the full publication series, including back issues. To join IBSMA visit www.ecpmedia.com/ibsma_membership.html.

Providers looking for more coverage should join at the Industry Member level ($3,950 per year). IBSMA will feature your company as member of the month and offer free download of the ECPweb review. For an additional fee your company can license the IBSMA-certified tool logo for use with your product or service.* To join IBSMA as an Industry Member e-mail Services@IBSMA.com for an application form. For the list of 2009 members visit www.IBSMA.com/page/industry-members (login required).

We will provide an outline and question list in advance of the session. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to us with your presentation material at least five (5) days in advance of the briefing and demonstration.

We look forward to your participation. If you have any questions, please contact us. Call 1.734.930.1925 or e-mail ToolsManager@ECPWeb.com.

*For details on free download and licensing the logo contact ToolsManager@ECPweb.com.
