IBSMA Welcomes webINTELLECT as an Industry Member ANN ARBOR, MICH. (Oct. 4, 2009) — webINTELLECT, (www.webintellect.co.za), a South African-based company specializing in full enterprise asset life-cycle management, has joined the International Business Software Managers Association (IBSMA) as an Industry Member.
