IBSMA Welcomes Aspera GmbH as an Industry Member ANN ARBOR, MICH. (March 19, 2009)— Aspera GmbH, (www.aspera.com), the market leader in catalog-based software asset management (SAM) based in Aachen, Germany, has joined the International Business Software Managers Association (IBSMA) as an Industry Member.
