Substitute an attendee at any time up to the start of the course or conference. To receive a refund (less 15% of the refund amount, minimum $100 (minimum $350 for IBSMA Summit events), to cover credit card processing and administrative fees), IBSMA/ECP must receive written notice of cancellation no less than 10 business days prior to the event start date. Some events may have different notice requirements listed in the product description. Late cancellations will receive 50% credit toward another IBSMA/ECP event, conference or course. No refunds for no-shows.
To cancel your online on-demand course, contact IBSMA BEFORE you login to the secure course website. No refunds will be given once the course subscription is activated.
Full payment is required prior to attendance. In rare instances, a course will be rescheduled or postponed. IBSMA/ECP will provide at least 10 days notice. You may receive a full refund, or take a credit toward another course. IBSMA/ECP is not responsible for penalties resulting from travel arrangements.
If weather conditions dictate that we cancel a course with short notice, we will immediately contact you by phone. An announcement will also be made on the course details available on IBSMA’s events page. For courses starting on Mondays, please be sure to check your e-mail and the IBSMA Web site on Sunday.
In the event that we do have to cancel a training course at the last minute, IBSMA will either reschedule your course dates or offer a full refund of the course price.
IBSMA/ECP reserves the right to limit or deny access to events to any entity or individual. Our receipt of a registration and payment does not constitute acceptance and payments and registrations that are not accepted will be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of receipt.
We make every effort to maintain consistency in prices and discounts, however, due to market conditions, prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions may not be applied retroactively. Prices and terms in effect at the time of order. Your sales receipt is proof of purchase.
