Melissa Cortale
Oracle licensing expert Melissa Cortale is the founder of Olitech Solutions, LLC an IT services and software asset management (SAM) consulting firm. Melissa gained extensive knowledge of Oracle’s licensing, support, business practices, and go-to-market strategies as a technology sales manager at Oracle where she negotiated more than 300 transactions and sold over $50 million in software. Melissa provides her Olitech Solutions clients with strategies for reducing spend and maximizing Oracle investments. Melissa holds a Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering from Tulane University and a Practitioners Certificate in Oracle License Management (PCOLM) from IBSMA.
Koen Dingjan
Koen Dingjan is a seasoned IBM software license compliance specialist and founder of the international consultancy, SolarCom. In addition to his many training and speaking engagements, his work includes performing second-opinion reviews to challenge results reported by IBM license compliance auditors. (He has saved his clients an average of 50 to 90 percent off of their initial settlement fee estimate.) He helps enterprises determine their license compliance baselines and identifies how they can improve their IBM license compliance management and lower risks. He creates and implements processes and work instructions that enable continuous monitoring of IBM software license compliance. Prior to founding SolarCom, Koen was a senior consultant for Deloitte Brussels where he directed more than 60 IBM license compliance reviews throughout Europe.
Koen developed the Practitioners Certificate in IBM License Management (PCILM) course for IBSMA, which he teaches in the U.S. and Europe. Koen holds a Masters Degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. He speaks English, Dutch and Spanish.

James Macsay
James Macsay is an ECPweb and IBSMA organizational development consultant specializing in communication, human resources and marketing. In this role he moderates national conference panel sessions, facilitates group meetings and supports staff and committees developing IT and software asset management best practice initiatives. As a technology industry consultant, Mr. Macsay’s work focuses on executive coaching, workshop facilitation, and the design and development of learning communities. Mr. Macsay holds a PCSAM Certificate from IBSMA, Certificate in Organization, Systems and Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and a Masters Degree in Organization Development and Analytical Psychology from Norwich University in Vermont.
Anoop Mohankumar
Anoop Mohankumar honed his software asset management skills as a license compliance manager for SAP and OpenText before launching a successful consulting career as an independent consultant. He acquired deep experience with software risk management, license optimization, asset discovery and contract negotiations through his works with Fortune 500 companies and software publishers. His specialties include helping clients plan, design and implement methodologies and programs for optimized software asset management services and compliance programs. Anoop holds a MBA from University of Manchester with a focus on risk management and international business, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communications. David Ochroch
David Ochroch has twenty years of IT procurement and software asset management experience, working for Fortune 500, large governmental and non-profit organizations. David is a well-known lecturer on software contract negotiation strategies for organizations, such as IBSMA, Share(IBM) and CAUCUS. He has published two guides on software negotiations through IBSMA. By focusing on full life-cycle software procurements, David has helped organizations squeeze efficiencies out of every aspect of cradle-to-grave software management. Ochroch's latest software procurement efforts center on smart grid control systems. David holds a CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Management) designation, an ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate, undergraduate degrees in data processing and economics, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Steven Russman
Steven Russman is the founder and executive director of the International Business Software Managers Association and publisher of ECPweb. He is an author of more than 100 articles and reports on software asset management, tools assessment and industry trends, and a frequent presenter at industry conferences and seminars including IBSMA’s annual SAM Summit. Mr. Russman represents IBSMA and North American software license management professionals to national and international organizations including ISO, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) and the United States’ JTC1/SC7 Technical Advisory Group (TAG). He has led the development of SAM standards and industry initiatives supporting education and advancement of IT and software asset management. Matthew Schwartz
Matthew is a Director at Anglepoint and brings with him over 20 years of experience in the consulting and software/technology industry. He leads a team of Oracle licensing experts who have extensive knowledge surrounding compliance with contracts, deployment analysis, planning, and virtualization implications.
Prior to joining Anglepoint, Matt spent 13 years at Oracle with the last 9 years working for Oracle’s License Management Services(LMS).

Jeramy Tarwater
Jeramy is a Director at Anglepoint and has 7 years of software asset management(SAM) experience. He leads the SAP license optimization team. He and his team have many years of experience and a deep understanding of SAP licensing and optimization techniques. The SAP team focuses on right-sizing SAP license assets, mitigating potential compliance exposures from both direct and indirect access, and supporting clients during SAP negotiations, audits, and renewals.
Prior to joining Anglepoint, Jeramy spent 4 years working at SAP as a License Audit Specialist and performed numerous license audits on a diverse list of some of SAP's most strategic customers. Jeramy holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
